Documents required for the business visa application

1. Visa Support

- original invitation issued by the Federal Migration Service, or

- telex from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs(the inviting organization can arrange for the Department of Consular Service in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia to send the appropriate instruction to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Russia in Brussels), or

- written request * emanating from a legal entity, society or organisation guest, or of Russian national or local authorities. This request is written on a letterhead paper of the company or Russian organisation and contains following information:

for the attractive legal entity:

- complete name and address, as well as its identification number of the tax bearer (INN);

- name and function of the signatory.

for the invited person:

- name, date of birth, sex, nationality, number of passport;

- date and object of trip, number of entries, purposes of visit.

2. Mission order from Belgian company (see a sample below)

3. Travel insurance certificate

the medical and repatriation insurance certificate with Russian or worldwide coverage issued by any insurance company. This certificate should contain a name of the insured person, the coverage and the insurance validity period.

4. Visa application form

We would like to inform you that the Consular Department accepts the only application forms filled via the web-site of the Ministry of Foreign Affaires of Russian Federation: http://visa.kdmid.ru

The application form is to be fully completed, printed out and signed.

Important! Write down the password to your application form!

In case of any problem, please print the old application form (see below), fill it in and bring with other documents. We'll help you to fill in the on-line form at our office.

5. One recent passport size photo

glued to the indicated space on the application form.

6. Current passport

which should be valid for a minimum of six months after visa's expiration date and has at least 2 blank pages which do not need to be consecutive.

7. Copy of Belgian ID card for non Belgian citizens

Multiple entry applicant must provide proof of a previous visa for Russia and at least one stay in Russia in the last 12 months. This proof must be presented in the form of previous visa.
