HUMANITARIAN VISA
Documents required for the humanitarian visa application
1. Visa Support
- Original invitation issued by the Federal Migration Service, or
- Telex of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federation of Russia (this type of invitation reaches Consular Service directly), or
- Written request * emanating from a legal entity, society or organisation guest, or of Russian national or local authorities.
For the attractive legal entity:
- Complete name and address, as well as its Identification number of the tax bearer (INN)
- Name and function of the signatory.
for the invited person:
- Name, date of birth, sex, nationality, number of passport;
- Dates of trip, number of entries and name of the children under 18 accompanying it.
* Exclusively to the citizens of countries – members of the European Union, to which spreads the action of Agreement on the simplification of the deliverance of visas of May 25th, 2006 such as: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Finljadija, France, Republic Czech, Sweden, Estonia

2. Mission order from Belgian company (see a sample below)
3. Travel insurance certificate
The medical and repatriation insurance certificate with Russian or worldwide coverage issued by any insurance company. This certificate should contain a name of the insured person and the insurance validity period.

4. Visa application form
We would like to inform you that the Consular Department accepts the only application forms filled via the web-site of the Ministry of Foreign Affaires of Russian Federation: http://visa.kdmid.ru
The application form is to be fully completed, printed out and signed.
Important! Write down the password to your application form!
In case of any problem, please print the old application form (see below), fill it in and bring with other documents. We'll help you to fill in the on-line form at our office.
5. One recent passport size photo
Glued to the indicated space on the application form.
6. Current passport
Which should be valid for a minimum of six months after visa's expiration date and has at least 2 blank pages which do not need to be consecutive.
7. Copy of Belgian ID card for non Belgian citizens
8. Proof of Financial Means
If you are unemployed or a student at the time of application, the consulate requires a copy of recent bank statements. The required amount is 1000€ per week of stay in Russia.
